Willow Burmeister



Willow is an experienced professional with 14 years in the Human Resources field, working with junior to senior managers on all aspects of people management and development. Her qualifications include an Honours BCom degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Executive Development from University of Stellenbosch Business School, and ETDP SETA accreditation as a Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Train-the-Trainer.

She has worked in the business process outsourcing (call centre); financial services; NPO; publishing; property; pharmaceutical; manufacturing; hospitality; ICT; and tourism industries. Her collaboration with other HR specialists span across Africa, Australia, India, North America and the United Kingdom.

She is registered as an HR Professional with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP); a Member of the Cape Chamber of Commerce; and a Level 4 BEE provider.
